By registering an account, accessing this website, purchasing digital credits, or utilizing any software or engineering services provided by Innovation Edge Solutions ("the Company", "we", or "us"), you ("Client", "User", or "Institution") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
2. Service Description
Innovation Edge Solutions provides digital tools and professional services, primarily encompassing:
📅 The AI Routine Builder
A cloud-based automated institutional timetable scheduling service operating on a consumption (credit-based) model.
⚙️ Engineering Consultancy
Applied engineering consultancy, ML-accelerated STOP (Structural, Thermal, and Optical Performance) analysis, and mathematical modeling (priced via custom quotation or invoice).
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining accurate administrative contact information. You agree not to use our website or services to:
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to reverse-engineer our software algorithms.
- Engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized transactions.
- Resell or sub-license access to our proprietary software platform without explicit written permission.
4. Input Data Accuracy & Feasibility
Our mathematical optimization engines and engineering simulations rely on logically consistent parameters. The Client agrees that:
- Input parameters (e.g., total periods per week, room capacities, thermal loads) must be mathematically and physically satisfiable.
- If an institution defines impossible constraints (e.g., demanding 40 lectures in a 30-period week), our engine will flag the violation, and the Client must adjust inputs to allow a feasible solution. We are not responsible for delays caused by contradictory or impossible user inputs.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Proprietary Technology
The software platform, solver algorithms, machine learning models, UI design, database schemas, and codebase are the exclusive intellectual property of Innovation Edge Solutions.
Your Output Deliverables
The final generated timetable spreadsheets, PDF documents, and engineering simulation reports provided to you belong 100% to your institution or company. You possess perpetual, unrestricted rights to print, distribute, and utilize them internally.
6. Payments, Billing & Tax Compliance
- Payment Gateways: All payments are processed securely through authorized financial channels (such as Razorpay, UPI, or PayPal). We accept both domestic (INR) and international (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.) payments.
- Pricing: Pricing for routine optimization credits or engineering consultancy is explicitly stated at checkout or in your formal invoice.
- Tax Compliance: We provide statutory GST-compliant invoices for all domestic clients. International B2B transactions are processed in compliance with Indian zero-rated export / Letter of Undertaking (LUT) provisions where applicable.
7. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
"As-Is" Service: Our software and algorithms are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% accuracy and uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Innovation Edge Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from institutional scheduling decisions, academic calendar reorganizations, or physical prototyping outcomes based on our simulations. In all circumstances, our maximum cumulative liability shall not exceed the actual fee paid by the Client for the specific order or service in dispute.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, controversies, or legal claims arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Barrackpore / Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
